From Reconciliation Challenges to Automated Solutions

Client: Global Automotive Supplier

 

Following several strategic acquisitions our client faced reconciliation challenges stemming from multiple ERP environments. Orion provided an accounting consultant with deep process and system experience to do a root cause analysis and propose updated processes and procedures.  This project is ongoing, and we have been further engaged to assist with the rollout of an automated solution.

 

Bridging the Gap – Interim Tracking for Compliance

Client: Public-Sector Housing Agency

 

During a major systems rollout, this agency required a short-term solution to sustain reporting accuracy and operational oversight. Orion deployed consultants with AR expertise to design custom tools that emulate core system functions and support continuity throughout the transition.

 

Kicking off - Business Continuity Planning

Client: Insurance Provider


We recently launched a project with a large, regulated company to do a comprehensive review and update of their Business Continuity Plan.  We have deployed IT governance consultants with BCP experience to work directly on the client's internal program team.  Our team will be assessing current state, performing a gap analysis against an industry standard BCP framework, and developing a roadmap to close any gaps.
