TISAX Implementation

Our client, a global auto supplier, needed several of its European locations to meet TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) standards.  This was a key requirement from some of their major customers and they recognized it would be a significant undertaking.

Our Solution

Orion provided a team of highly experienced security professionals for a six-month program.  Orion performed a gap analysis and built a project plan to meet TISAX requirements within six months.  We worked with client personnel to implement new policies, procedures and processes.  We also established control documentation standards to ensure the client would pass an external review.

Client Outcome

With Orion’s help the client successfully implemented the control structure laid out in the TISAX framework.  The client also passed an independent assessment and was granted TISAX certification.
